HUD offering TA and trainings on Small Area FMRs:   HUD appears to be taking positive steps to comply with the recent court order reversing its unlawful suspension of the Small Area Fair Market Rent rule. Strong show of support for Small Area Fair Market Rents:  Shortly before the December preliminary injunction hearing in Open Communities Alliance v.
