Field Highlight: Housing Mobility in Richmond with HOME of Virginia, Inc

In August 2018,  representatives from PRRAC  journeyed to Richmond to sit down with Housing Opportunities Made Equal of Virginia, Inc’s (HOME) housing mobility specialists Brandi Payne and Toni Jackson, landlord liaison Valerie Barracato, as well as a Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) holder. We discussed HOME’s mobility program, housing mobility in Richmond, as well as the experiences of Housing Choice Voucher holders in Richmond.
