We recommend you read our guidelines for submitting grant proposals.

There is no application form; instead, we ask that you submit a letter (approximately 3-5 pages, but not limited to that length) including the following information and any appropriate attachments.

  • A title for, and description of, the research project
  • A description of the research methodology
  • Information about (including CVs or resumes) the person(s) who will carry out the research and the organization(s) that will carry out the advocacy
  • A detailed budget summary and narrative, including projected staff time, role, and rate of pay (Note: PRRAC grant funds may not go towards overhead)
  • A detailed description of the advocacy plan
  • Discussion of replicability of the project (if applicable)
