We are sending these "instructions" directly to the seven Board Members at their office addresses and to the Advisory Board Executive Director Judy Winston. Additional invited comments will appear in the Jan/Feb P&R and we will consider publishing unsolicited comments from P&R readers. Everything we publish on the subject in that issue will also be sent, in advance of publication, directly to those eight persons.
